From a gentle Yin in the afternoon to rest and restore the mind and body to a warming stronger practise with the Surf Stretch you can achieve a perfect balance of strength, mobility and deep restoration.
Hatha
Focuses on physical postures (asanas) and breath control (pranayama) to balance the body and mind. It emphasizes gentle, deliberate movements and foundational practices that enhance flexibility, strength, and relaxation, making it ideal for beginners and those seeking a more mindful, slower-paced practice.
Yin
Our Yin offers a deeply relaxing and restorative practice that focuses on the slow, intentional stretching of connective tissues, such as ligaments and fascia. In our Yin Yoga class, you can expect to hold each pose for several minutes, allowing for deep release and relaxation. This approach encourages a meditative state, reducing stress and promoting mental clarity.
Surf Stretch
